Ducting Catch - 164.0125MHz from Victoria

Last night while searching the VHF high band I came across some new signals, these were a few active frequencies from Victoria. My best catch was on 164.0125MHz which is from Glen Forbes, a distance of 368km. ACMA database link: Australian Communications and Media Authority: Register of Radiocommunication Licences



I also logged some a data signal on 163.300MHz but have not been able to confirm the location of this.
