DMR in Loudoun County

I can decode DMR traffic on 463.6125, 463.6375 and 463.6875 (stronger signal than the other 2) but not good enough to get clean audio. These freqs are listed here ULS License - Industrial/Business Pool, Trunked License - WQDW264 - Loudoun County Public Schools and here Loudoun County Public Schools Trunking System, Various, Multi-State - Scanner Frequencies.
