700mhz and RPM

Okay, so I have a P7200 in front of me. I'm programming, using RPM, the Lower Rio Grande Valley Regional Radio System. One of the RX frequencies is 779.85625. I know that when programming a 700mhz system, the TX frequency is 30mhz higher than the RX. So, when I put, 809.85625 for the TX, RPM yells at me and tells me that it's an invalid frequency for the frequency range.



I'm stumped and can't figure it out. Can someone help me?
