I need a little help from the New Jersey People who monitor the Jersey City Police. I was trying to help a member here so I programmed Jersey City into my scanner but I don't hear them. I see Jersey City Simucast scan by but it dosen't hit on any frequency. Can anybody tell me why? Thank you in advance!!
