CMHA Police

I did a Police tow last night and got to ask a CMHA Policeman how the NEW Cleveland System was working for them he said when their UHF Frequencys got changed to Narrowband their was no coverage WEST of the river on the West Side now its very clear communications and everyone LOVE'S the radio system.
