Fairly intense manhunt underway now in the area of Belfonte and Lewiston Roads in Spotsylania. I didn't catch what the suspect did, but I believe there is a patient associated with the incident. VSP aviation has been requested. Traffic on Spotsylvania Tac 1 and VSP Culpeper 1.
