Denver EDACS Systems Networked Together

I decided to do some logging on the Denver City Services system earlier tonight and noticed several talkgroups from the Public Safety system (including DPD) appearing on both systems:

Anyone have any thoughts on combining all three of Denver's EDACS systems into one single multi-site EDACS system in the RR DB?
