ARMER Radio Template Examples???

Was wondering if anyone knows the Zone/Talkgroup layout (i.e. radio channel template) used for ARMER radios for any of the following agencies?

- Hennepin County Fire

- Minneapolis Fire

- Ramsey County Fire

- St Paul Fire



A friend of mine wants me to formulate a WIN500 scanner file so his PSR500 replicates how an actual radio is laid out (or close to it).
