I have been hearing the Picket Line Co-ordinator communicating on this system: KELCOM (Toronto) Trunking System, Toronto, Ontario - Scanner Frequencies on talkgroup 1-01-113 or Rental 113 as I have it listed.



Interesting when Keele is communcating with Glendon.



Very casual comms, sort of like monitoring Pride.
