Hey all,
I've recently been tasked with updating ALL the department radios. I have finally finished updating them to the latest available firmware (with the FIF-10A) and am now ready to modify the channels and banks.
Here's the question:
Is there ANY way to CUT/PASTE the entire channel list or export it to CSV or TEXT so I do not have to re-type each one? These radios have MANY banks and many frequencies and it would be a bear to have to do this by hand even on one file (then copy to all radios) I know I can CUT/PAST a single channel line in both versions of the software....but that's not really enough.
Any way to directly edit the .v8h or .c39 files? Copy .v8h channel/bank data to .c39 or vice/versa?
Most programming apps allow you to import/export to other formats and back....these don't.
Are there any other apps that will interface with these radios?
Please help!
Thanks,
Rick
