Problem With Update(windows 8.1)

Windows 8.1 keeps trying to install (Update for windows 8.1 for x64 Based systems (KB3000850) and it keeps failing to install. Then a screen comes up saying (we couldn't complete the updates undoing changes).



I have checked the updates to see if the update is in the list so I can uninstall it from the computer, I thought windows was trying to install an update already installed but the update is not on my computer.



How can I stop windows from trying to install this update that keeps failing to install.
