DCFD EMS Tac and Fireground, patching on P25

Some of the DC talkgroups, EMS 5&6 and fire ground channels are setup using P25 Motorola patching. If your scanner is not seeing TG 700 or 728/729. it might be because it can not handle Motorola patching.
