I recently acquired a pair of vhf cm300 radios for our fire dept. Long story short I got everything programmed including a long press key for a radio call to drop tones and all works well except it doesn't reset to transmit voice. After you send a page you have to hit the long press again to exit or every time you key up it will transmit the tone set again. I've mainly dealt with the TRBO cps and this is my first step back in time to an older software. I'm sure it's something simple to fix but rather than beat my head against the bench and irritate everyone with test pages I figured it would be much more efficient to ask. Thanks in advance for any advice!
