Please help me to understand why the 3-man team at Uniden can't implement/fix the advertised features of the BCD536HP (siren app) yet still find the time to release two new products over the last year? Whose running the show over there and who do we need to forward our complaints to?
In other words, who do we have to complain to in order for us to get advertised functionality from out $500+ scanners?
