Baofeng BF-8HP Repeater Issue

I'm new to HAM and I am trying to access my local repeater. I have set the correct PL tone for both Rx and Tx and have the correct offset. When attempting a test, after transmission my green Rx light lights up but I get no audio. I am getting the green Rx light but no audio every 10 minutes with the repeater ID as well. I am receiving audio on other channels so it is not a speaker issue. The repeater is Pinnelas South (WD4SCD), Pinellas County, FL.
