Going through some recent recordings. It appeared that Annapolis PD was using 8Tac94 on 3/13 and 3/14 during the overnight hours and during the day. They did a roll call after they switched. Any idea why they were using it? They were dispatching and responding to calls on the frequency.
Couldn't copy too much of it do to a lot of static.
