VASP Stars and 996XT files with gps

Asking if anyone has the files for VSP that is programmed by location of different troops and districts- I have Connecticut SP programmed by location of troops so that they automatically drop when leaving the Troop area rather that regional -West Central East - Willing to share - Also have NJSP Turnpike GSP seperated same way Thanks
