BCD396XT why does it display IDs only?

I've got a BCD396XT and I've programmed it with multiple P25 sites with multiple groups each (Houston, TX mostly law enforcement) and when I'm scanning regularly (all the sites and groups), it only displays the site and the ID whenever someone speaks. Why won't it show the agency name? How can I get it to display the name so I know who I'm listening too?
