New to me, there is now a live Israeli English language TV news stream at Live | i24news - See beyond. I haven't explored the entire Web site yet to see if there are Android and iOS tablet/phone apps available, but there is a page with TV satellite data. In any case, the live stream plays nicely on this Samsung Galaxy Note 10.1 2014 LTE tablet. HTH.
