I saw the DOE-NNSA Boeing 737 (N980ST) landing at Eagle Co Airport on my Mode-S box. I also heard The DOE-NNSA DC-9 (N45NA) leaving the general area about the same time.
Last time I saw both of those on the same day was when Grand Junction held a nuclear weapons accident exercise earlier this year.
Anything happening in Eagle Co today. Maybe a conference? Would be very odd to have an exercise of that type on 9-11.
