St Louis County Site 102 on air

It is 1415 and I am near Grand and 44. Am picking up site 102 with anywhere from 1 bar to 3 bars on my 396. Have not heard any radio traffice. Also a couple hours ago I heard someone "kerchunking" with the Jeff Co CC. Again no voice.
