Has anyone been able to get text tags from a PRO-18?

I have tried to get metadata (text tags) from my PRO-18 to Radio Feed by Proscan on two different computers.

So far, no joy.

Anyone had any luck? The program states that it does support text tags on the 18, I just can not seem to get there from here.
