I just got my HP-1 today, did the set up, latest firmware version, etc. All went well.
There were over a thousand freqs downloaded into Mr. HP, so I started avoiding stuff via the screen. Oh my, what a pain! So I decided to try the "set avoid" option within the Sentinel software, save it and upload it to the scanner.
My question: Using Sentinel, do you have to go all the way into the selections to avoid them? IOW, if I "set avoid" on an upper level selection ex. Dufferin County, will everything in the Dufferin County submenu be avoided?
