Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fisheries Enforcement Police

I heard clear P25 with NAC 565 on 155.9325 (Licensed to Polk County) the other day driving through Salem. I also got digital P25 data in analog mode on 155.0925 (Licensed to Marion County SAR) but by the time I switched it to digital NAC Search the transmission stopped. Further checking shows that both are licensed to Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fisheries Enforcement. Does anyone have the frequency information and NAC codes for them?
