PSAP Eastcom(Will Cnty, IL) is now STARCOM21, but the RR database shows still as trunked EDACS and shows no info about encrypted talkgroups, Trying to pickup on my new BCD436HP but think it is encrpyted. Doesn't stop[ long enough to read the display.
Is This PSAP Encrypted?
