I'm fairly new to New Smyrna Beach (my grandfather just moved in from Lake Co, FL). I have gotten Volusia County Fire Services East somewhat figured out. My question is, for the New Smyrna Beach area, how would I monitor the police? I know that Volusia County patrols at least part of the New Smyrna Beach area and that New Smyrna Beach has its own police department. If I wanted to monitor both agencies for that area, how would I do it? I also know that quite possibly by the time I come back to the area, everything may have changed with the new radio system they are getting. Thanks for helping me to understand this!
