TYT TH-9800 Observation / Question

I just purchased a TYT TH-9800. I really like the radio except the Programming Software that was provided with the radio doesn't include all of the elements that are needed, IE the SHIFT (offset), and RPT MOD. And when I set these values in the radio via the menus it doesn't 't seem to save the SHIFT (Offset) value and RPT MOD..



I am still learning all of the navigation and procedures to work with the radio. Has anyone used other Programming tools like CHIRP with this radio?
