Done thousands of Kenwood TK3173Ks and for some reason this one portable keeps beeping at various times, just a quick beep.
Checked the program from other radios and not seeing what the problem is, even cloned the radio that works fine and wrote to the radio and still beeps but the other units dont. Its very random. First thought it was service beep such as looking for the LTR system we use but not sure.
Thinking maybe it was the program software but using version 2.40 from August 2010 for KPG101D
portable it self charges fine a functions ok, never any issue with that just the annoying random beep.
