Several questions in regards to features and setting up HP2

I set up the HomePatrol 2 using my zip code. I have a few questions concerning the setup process and the features of this unit.

1. The GPS Baud Rate by default is on 4800. Do I want to increase this? I own the Uniden BC-GPSK Serial GPS.

2. GPS Location Format: DMS. I take it that I won't need to change this?

3. I only want to hear NOAA, law enforcement dispatch and car to car. Should I only have selected under "Select Service Types" Law Dispatch and Multi-Dispatch?

4. Under "Select Nationwide Systems" I have General Mobile Radio Service, Interoperability - USA, National Weather Service - USA, Natl Incident Radio Support Cache, and Public Safety - USA.

5. I live In Morris County NJ, but I do not see any of my towns listed in the database. Do I have to enter them manually?

6. Do I need to tune the NOAA Weather feature at all for the scanner to alert me to a weather alert in my state?

7. Why is there a line out jack when there is already a headphone out?

8. The HP2 internal speaker is louder than my BC20 Bearcat 20-Watt Amplified External Speaker. Why is this?

I also found it kind of odd that the HP2 was able to pick up clearly most nearby transmissions without any antenna attached to it right out of the box.

I've been going trough the manual to double check if I missed anything. These are pretty much the only things I have found that I need assistance with.

I did update the FW and installed the Sentinel software on my computer.

Thanks in advance!
