RS Pro 106 Globe setting

On my RS Pro 106 there is a setting in the Globe settings for " Dupe Checks SQ :Yes or No ' does this

pertain to both Conventional & TSYS Dgital ? If i set it to NO will this stop the duplicating for TSYS program ?
