PSREdit 500 RadioRefeference Import Window

Trying PSREdit. When I get logged into the RadioReference site to download data, I have to use the window handles to resize in order to see everything.

The next window can't be resized to show everything. I can't see what is at bottom.

Is this normal? Is it my browser?

I'd like to try this program, but this is a game breaker if I can't get it solved.
