Just purchased a HP-1 and am having difficulty receiving any of the New Bern/Viper traffic. All I seem to get is the Craven/Pamlico County high band stuff. Any Ideas as to what the trouble might be?? Scanner looks like it's scanning New Bern, but nothing is heard.
