Need help discovering the LCN order for Midland, TX

Folks:



I have been given a Uniden BCD996XT to program. I did get the ARC XT software but I must resort to programming this device by manual methods. I cobbled together an adapter from the supplied Uniden cable to my Toshiba's USB 3 port, which is not working.



Thus, my question. Without another scanner, how can I figure out the EDACS LCN order for the Midland, Texas Police department frequencies?
