Just got my HP-2 and have it hooked up to an outdoor antenna (I live along the south shore of Brooklyn) Not picking up any NCPD traffic. I see the channels momentarily stopping on the precincts but no audio (squelch is set at 2) and then resuming scan. Any ideas?
