Freescan, I', stumped

Ok, with Freescan, I can not log into Radioreference, it says check internet , id or password , etc etc. Now I can go into Radiuorefernce, like now, and enter and recieve, under my name and password. I can go into Chirp or Butel and witjh my RadioReferene passwords, I am accepted and log in, but to go in with Freescan, no can do. I deleted then instaled again, samr result. I can use the Eqgrab function but to import in, thats what I am having troubles with.
