BCD436HP Database Confusion

I am confused about sentinel database updates. The latest version I have is from Aug 2014(update db in sentinel reports I have the latest db). I have seen folks on this forum refer to weekly updates and I see my target system updated this month on rr.com



How do I get the latest database update?
