BCD436HP Cannot enable a scanlist,File attached

Im probably a ni-kom-poop,

Im trying like mad to get this reprogramed after my SD card crashed..



Ive got FL2 Prog'd with trunked systems..



FL2-Systems 1-2 and 9...



I can enable 1,and 2 but 9

wont play ball...Ive tried multiple times/ways and cannot make it work..



What am I doing incorrect...
