ARC 536 Pro doesn't scan whole list

I am currently using the Uniden BCD 436HP scanner and ARC 536 Pro program. I am able to download to my scanner my favorites from Sentinel, then I upload the same favorites to the ARC 536. When I download the list back to the scanner using a different file name, ARC Pro, the frequencies download like they should. Then when I select the file to run, all the frequencies don't scan. I have checked and avoid is not marked and the select service types are marked. The frequencies are listed in the ARC program. Any suggestions?
