171.250 MHz NYPD??

There has been mention of this frequency being used as a simulcast of NYPD Citywide frequencies in P25 mode NAC 069 at certain times. It was used during the protests. I heard it being used again today, yet it was not simulcasted from any of the known NYPD frequencies this time. I heard Unit 93 mentioned a few times. It sounds like crime scene units or investigators. If anyone has further info on this frequency, please post.
