Today have been hearing strong signals on 10021 KHz. Selcals followed by USB traffic in a foreign language. Selcals broadcast were LRBS, LRES, ARGM, EKAF, and PQJK. No link seen between the various aircraft those selcals come back to.
Traffic has been from about 1500Z to present, 1535Z. Sounds like an LDOC, but unknown airline. Its not Shanwick's MWARA in English, which uses this freq often.
