whats wrong with the broadcast

How come every time i try to find the city of oshkosh(also known as WINNEBAGO COUNTY WISCONSIN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!) its never working and says it cannot wtf is that when is was workin just fine wen i first started listening ?
