Tavern forum sometimes appearing in recent posts on homepage

I've noticed that from time to time, some threads from the tavern will appear on the RR front page under active forum threads. I though tavern forums were excluded from that listing?



For example this thread keeps popping up:

I think I've seen the previous thread in that forum on the home page as well. Perhaps it is a glitch with that particular forum?
