For some very odd transmissions, switch to talkgroup 616 on Ramsey County tower. It started just before midnight. For about 24 minutes, it was this strange artificial cricket sound every 5 or so seconds. It is now somebody saying the word envoy (I think? convoy?) every 5 seconds or so.
