Over a year ago I purchased a Uniden BCD396XT when I moved from NJ to San Diego. I cannot get this radio programmed. The last scanner I purchased only required that I enter the frequencies. When I logged on to this site I received a notice "You last visited 12-31-1969". I live in Alpine CA and want to hire someone to program the radio for this area. Any suggestions would be appreciate.
