Bismarck PD, Burleigh Co. Sheriffs and USSS

I can bet the Mike D and Sheriff Heinert are being dumb and not letting the US Secret Service get the city encryption I talked with people from other federal agencies. They told me the Sheriff Heinert has a big cow and would not let the other feds have it even though they already had permission from other department. My messages to Sheriff is the USSS uses AES-256 encryption. They don't give a dam about the DES you use. If I was in charged I would tell the Sheriff to stick it and will have the NSA decode your encryption so we can listen. The secret service does a great job they run the show and not some sheriff or communications manager.
