461 MHZ Weird Signal Found

The guys at ##rtlsdr IRC chat tries to guess what this is but you need hdsdr to view and hear it.

It is in zipped format. There are 3 files recorded IF AF and RF in HDSDR. Can anyone help me find out what this signal is? Cannot find anything for 461mhz in Oklahoma.;)
