Madrid AIR TRAFFIC CONTROL CENTER

Hello I was hoping that if someone monitors AIR TRAFFIC near the Madrid Spain area could help me out with a question ? What I am looking for is a definitive answer of the HIG ALTITUDE VHF FREQUENCIES that are from NW to NE of MADRID. Please I dont need reference links and/or resources but I need someone that has or can listen to the frequencies in the aircraft band in that area that can actually advise and confirm the frquencies. Looking for anything over flight level 240.
