5050khz transmission at 12:30 UTC? not sure what it is

nothing shows up when I look at shortwave info transmitting in english at that time. Very poor modulation and this guys goes on an on about the "jews" etc...



Is this some kind of pirate station?



I put a quick sample to see if anyone recognizes it.
