Intranasal placement of turbinate graft/comparable code

What would you use as a comparable CPT?

An incision was made along the lateral nasal wall/pirifrom aperture and floor of nose. Mucosal flap elevated along floor and medial maxillary wall. Hemostasis obtained. Rib graft then carved to size/shape to reconstruct inferior turbinate. Absorbable suture used to close incision followed by posisep.

I've searched all over the internet and I cannot locate a spine coding cheat sheet. Does anyone have one by chance?

I don't need the ICD-10 information, as I'm mainly looking for the CPT only side. I've seen several threads where people are requesting them via fax from other people, but the original posts are several years old. (So I'm not sure if those people are still active on here. )

Hello, I've recently starting coding spinal cord stimulators. Can you tell me if the below is correct coding?

1.Insertion of Medtronic permanent spinal cord stimulator, battery and generator under fluoroscopic guidance 63650 x2 for the stimulator and two leads, 63685 for the battery
2.Two Leads: 1 Medtronic advanced battery 2 Medtronic anchor L8680 x 2 for 2 leads and L8699 x 2 for the anchors
