I am trying to program the Motorola type II system at ORNL. I have a pro 197 using win500. I think I am only getting the analog side of the system. I am not hearing radio traffic I know I should hear. I worked there for years and know there is more radio traffic than what I am hearing. I know some talk groups are encrypted and cannot be monitored. What am I doing wrong?
